"This wonderful lady Lorraine went out of her way and visited my mum at home who was having difficulty hearing. Ordinarily she sees customers in her practice, but when she knew my mum was housebound and that i find it difficult to get my mum to appointments Lorraine went the extra mile and visited my mum at home. Both mums ears where blocked and she has not been able to hear for approx 2 weeks. Thank you so much Lorraine, you where kind, sympathetic and very gentle with mum who can now hear and feels less isolated and anxious. We are so grateful to you, you have made an old lady very happy and a little more normal again. We would highly recommend you and your services. Amazing service we received."
