Please arrive for your appointment on time. If you are early, you can wait in the seated area until your therapist is free.
Please note that due to Covid restrictions our waiting area has limited space and can only accommodate one person at a time.
We understand that you may need to cancel an appointment or reschedule. If this is the case, we ask that you give us 48 hours’ notice so that the appointment can be offered to someone else. A 25% fee will be applied for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and a 50% fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
‘No Shows’ adversely affect small businesses like ours as we are then unable to offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list. In this instance, full payment will be charged.
Please note that being late for an appointment will result in less time being available for your treatment and we may not be able to carry out the full treatment.
